Eligibility
Florida law requires purchasers to be at least 21 years old for all firearms. Buyers must not be prohibited persons under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or Florida law. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Background checks
Every transfer requires a completed ATF Form 4473, a valid government-issued photo ID with current address, and an approved background check through FDLE (Florida's point of contact for NICS).
Waiting period
Florida requires a 3-day waiting period (excluding weekends and legal holidays) for handgun purchases, unless an exemption applies such as a valid Florida Concealed Weapon License.
Online requests
Submitting a request on this website does not complete a sale. No firearm is shipped directly to a consumer. All transfers are completed in person at our licensed premises.
Straw purchases
Buying a firearm on behalf of another person is a federal felony. We do not tolerate straw purchases and will report suspicious activity.
Out-of-state buyers
Handguns may only be transferred to residents of Florida. Long guns may be transferred to residents of other states where legal in both states.
Returns
Due to federal regulations, all firearm sales are final once the transfer is completed. Defective items are handled through the manufacturer's warranty.
Privacy
Information you submit is used only to respond to your request and is never sold. Records required by the ATF are retained as required by federal law.
